Starting in the operations training program, I dedicated one year to immersing myself in each department, meticulously mapping its processes to uncover cross-departmental opportunities. This comprehensive approach provided a 360-degree understanding of the business, positioning me as the lead for harmonization efforts to expand operations in the UK and align processes with those in the US.

This experience paid dividends when the next phase of business growth emerged in China. Leveraging my background in Mandarin, which I furthered with a focus on manufacturing terminology, I applied my operations expertise to establish and train a sales team and enhance manufacturing capabilities in Shenzhen, China.
